1. Install the SHOUTcast Radio app from the iTunes store
2. Hit the search button and type tamil
3. You will get a list of tamil stations
4. Few tamil stations are IsaiFM, TamilEcho, Nila FM etc..

I have an auxillary input in my Car and I enjoy these radio stations wherever I go without the need for audio cds/ipod. Make sure you get a car charger as the battery runs down fast when you listen to music.
